Senior Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

The Senior Solutions Architect will serve as a technical consultant, working closely with potential Device42 customers to ensure the product aligns with their needs, while collaborating with sales teams to provide expert solutions.

In Short

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process.
• Manage technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept projects.
• Qualify customer needs and position Device42 effectively.
• Evangelize Device42 and understand its competitors and value proposition.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a sales engineering role with enterprise customers.
• Ability to demonstrate unique value propositions based on customer needs.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies and data center technology preferred.
• Understanding of three-tier architecture and load balancing.
• Network and/or System administration knowledge or experience.
• Native level proficiency in German Language is required.
