Overview

As a Director of Solutions Engineering for the EMEA region at Grafana Labs, you will be responsible for all aspects of building and managing a team of high-performing Solution Engineers. This role involves collaboration with sales leaders, customer experience teams, and marketing to drive the adoption of Grafana products.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in the high tech industry with experience in various roles.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment.
• Proven track record of mentoring and managing performance.
• Experience in open source selling or cloud-first sales.
• Direct experience with formal sales methodologies.
• Experience selling monitoring/data/visualization products.
• Ability to own a book of business and exceed targets.
