• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers.
• Provide pre-sales technical expertise and product demos.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Design and customize solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on product and industry trends.
• Improve pre-sales processes for efficiency.
• Advocate for customer needs in product discussions.
• Ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Track key performance metrics and share insights.
• Lead recruitment and ongoing team development.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, with 3+ years in management.
• Strong understanding of architecture and integrations.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience working with sales teams on complex deals.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
