Staff Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Product Designer at Oscilar, you'll lead design for major surfaces of our risk decisioning platform, shaping how risk, fraud, and compliance teams make critical decisions at scale. You'll partner with PM and engineering leadership to set product direction, drive forward-looking vision work, and set the craft bar for the design team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
• Experience with AI-native interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Strong partnership skills with PMs and engineers.
• Ability to influence product direction through design.
• Experience mentoring designers.
• Experience in fintech or compliance products is a plus.
• Experience designing for technical users is a plus.
