In Short

• Own and build Circle’s Solutions Engineering function in EMEA.
• Define and execute solution validation processes across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop customized PoCs, solution diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach a regionally distributed team.
• Improve the technical solution validation process.
• Conduct internal technical training and development sessions.
• Lead technical discovery calls to capture requirements.
• Design technical client solutions to unlock deals.
• Build and maintain an internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in sales engineering or technical implementation roles.
• 5+ years of managerial experience, preferably managing global teams.
• A data-driven approach to operations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience designing solution validation programs.
• Ability to scale teams quickly in new geographies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest or experience in blockchain is a plus.
