Overview

The Account Manager (AM) at Gorgias will manage a portfolio of 150-180 accounts, focusing on driving growth and retention while collaborating with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to identify expansion opportunities.

  • Able to diagnose customer pain points and develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Focused on achieving growth and retention goals.
  • Adept at managing multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Proficient with CRM and reporting tools.
  • Thrives in a startup-like setting.
