Overview

GoFasti is seeking an English-fluent Business Development Lead based in Latin America to drive sales growth and market expansion while building strong client relationships.

In Short

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in Mexico and Central America.
  • Generate leads through various channels including events and digital platforms.
  • Close high-value deals leveraging fintech solutions.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in banks and financial institutions.
  • Maintain a CRM database of clients.
  • Respond to RFPs and develop winning proposals.
  • Assist in localizing marketing campaigns for the region.
  • Support public relations and strategic partnerships.
  • Work remotely as an independent contractor.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales roles.
  • 2+ years in fintech solutions or tech sales.
  • Expertise in B2B fintech sales and consultative selling.
  • Experience with banks and financial institutions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
