In Short

  • Support a new Business Development Manager Sales Opportunity based in Texas.
  • Build a sustainable base of business that meets and exceeds revenue and order intake objectives.
  • Lead new business growth across retail vertical markets.
  • Create and qualify new leads, develop opportunities, and close new business.
  • Utilize CRM software to document sales activity and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with multiple contacts throughout client organizations.
  • Travel to trade shows and internal sales meetings as required.
  • Experience in retail information technology platforms is a plus.
  • 5+ years of solution-based sales experience required.
  • Must reside in major metropolitan city within territory in the state of AZ or CO.

Requirements

  • BA or BS required.
  • 5+ years solution-based sales experience.
  • Sales experience within the retail market.
  • Strong prospecting skills to major retail organizations.
  • Organized, motivated, and able to follow a structured sales process.
  • Exceptional business writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience in designing and negotiating sales proposals.
  • Ability to adapt sales approach to match buyer motivations.
  • Must travel regionally between 20-40% of the time.
