Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of GLORY, managing customer service and troubleshooting high-speed cash-handling equipment.

In Short

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with clients.
• Independently troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Track and manage parts/tools.
• Stay updated on changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
• Complete machine installations and upgrades.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and policies.
• Work weekends and/or holidays as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Professional studies in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and network navigation.
• Logical troubleshooting skills at PCB or component level.
• Experience with electric schematics and mechanical drawings.
• 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel outside assigned territory as needed.
