Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you are the face of GLORY, managing customer service and repairing high-speed cash-handling equipment.

In Short

• Directly manage customer service and care.
• Troubleshoot and repair cash-handling equipment.
• Track and manage parts/tools.
• Stay updated on technical changes in equipment.

Requirements

• Education in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and network navigation.
• Logical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with high-speed paper handling machines.
• 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work weekends and on-call.
• Must be able to drive to customer sites.
• Ability to accommodate limited accessibility at job sites.
