Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician will perform warranty and service repairs on window and door products, providing technical feedback and communicating with dealers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of general construction or building material installation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of different window types and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with tools such as glass cutters and power tools.
• Good written communication skills.
• Basic computer and CRM system usage.
