Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through diagnosing and repairing system problems, performing machine installations, and adhering to safety guidelines.

In Short

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction

• 3-5 years of technical field service experience preferred

Requirements

• Education in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Logical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with high-speed paper handling machines preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to drive to customer sites
• Ability to accommodate limited accessibility
• Must be able to work independently
