Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

Avery Dennison is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our apparel customization and marking equipment, primarily supporting our customer base on the West Coast.

In Short

• Lead on-site installations of systems with complex integration.
• Act as the technical point of escalation for equipment failures.
• Perform predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Provide real-time assistance via phone and video.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the Field Service industry.
• Hands-on experience with thermal printing, embroidery machines, and heat presses.
• Proven ability to perform remote troubleshooting.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (110V and 220V).
• Exceptional communication skills.
