Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician will provide on-site technical service and support, as well as remote technical assistance, while being based near Woodridge, IL.

• Install, configure, and test systems at customer locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Service Technician.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
