Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining equipment at customer facilities, providing technical assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service.

In Short

• Install and modify equipment at customer facilities.
• Overnight travel up to 50%.
• Prepare radioactive materials for shipment.
• Analyze performance reports and inspect malfunctioning products.
• Coordinate with engineering and customer service for repairs.
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance.
• Submit service reports and expense reports.
• Analyze technical problems to recommend design modifications.
• Develop service handbooks based on field investigations.
• Conduct training on Radiation Safety and equipment operation.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and TopVis CRM.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Personal Credit Card for travel expenses.
• Radiation Safety Certification.
• Must submit to periodic drug screens.
