Overview

As a Staff Software Engineer (AI/ML) at G-P, you will drive the technical evolution of our SaaS cloud platform, positively impacting lives around the world.

In Short

Lead technical design and execution for our cloud platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet feature requirements.
Provide hands-on technical expertise in agile teams.
Deliver solutions in a cloud-managed and serverless-first ecosystem.
Design and develop reusable libraries and APIs.
Contribute to best practices for application development.
Develop comprehensive test suites and quality mindset.
Mentor junior engineers on quality and testing best practices.
Participate in building scalable enterprise services and platforms.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks preferred.

Requirements

10+ years in architecting scalable enterprise services.
Experience with large scale distributed applications.
Deep knowledge of backend technologies: Java, Node.js, Python, Redis, Golang.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of cloud architectures, AWS experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
Experience in high-growth environments is desirable.
Hands-on experience in data modeling and governance is a plus.
Experience integrating CRM systems and workflows.
Prior experience with AI/ML frameworks in production.
