• We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who is passionate about utilizing AI to build impactful solutions.
• You will play a critical role in building agents and automating internal tools.
• Develop AI-powered applications to meet the needs of internal stakeholders and customers.
• Work closely with leadership to develop our AI strategy.
• Drive the full product development lifecycle for new AI-powered features.
• Lead architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning.
• Build and scale agentic systems that automate complex business workflows.
• Leverage LLMs and AI/ML technologies to create user-facing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to iterate on solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python.
• Experience building agentic systems and AI/ML products.
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, evals, and prompt engineering.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams.
• Interest in AI-powered developer tools.
