Overview

As a Staff Product Designer at Pulley, you will lead the design of high-impact product areas, transforming complex compliance and financial systems into intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, particularly in B2B or fintech.

• Experience with design systems and enterprise complexity.
• Ability to prototype using tools like Figma and code.
• Strong research skills and experience leading user research.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance design impact.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and drive projects forward.
• Excellent storytelling skills to communicate design decisions.
