Overview

The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be an integral part of the People & Culture/Human Resources Team, providing comprehensive strategic HR support across the organization.

• Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to management.
• Utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making and influence talent strategy.
• Promote company culture and enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Provide employee relations support and conduct investigations as needed.
• Collaborate on employee development initiatives and management processes.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Conduct exit interviews to improve retention.
• Manage the recruiting process from job description to hiring.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
• Regional travel ~10%.
• Desire to learn and collaborate with leadership.
• Outstanding work ethic and customer-centric mindset.
• Highly organized and proactive.
• Ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding employee records.
