Overview

The Field HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting daily HR operations across multiple locations and business units, ensuring HR processes are executed accurately and consistently.

• Primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Support associate relations activities.
• Coordinate onboarding activities.
• Assist with recruitment activities.
• Oversee payroll-related activities.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws.
• Promote associate engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Support exit interview processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies and compliance practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
