Overview

The People Service Specialist plays a critical role in supporting ADG’s Benefits and Talent Acquisition functions with accuracy, responsiveness, and exceptional associate service.

In Short

• Manage Benefits team inbox and respond to inquiries
• Maintain organized benefits records and documentation
• Conduct benefits eligibility audits
• Process Request-to-Hire submissions and post job openings
• Maintain job description library and assist with job descriptions
• Produce hiring and operational reports
• Assist with interview scheduling and onboarding documentation
• Support annual open enrollment activities
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Work remotely in a professional environment

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or recruitment support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable remote work environment
• Experience with ATS preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
