Overview

The People Services Specialist at Nava will assist in creating a positive employee experience through effective people operations and compliance management.

• Coordinate maintenance of personnel files and ensure compliance.
• Assist with background checks and employment verifications.
• Support ongoing operations of the People Services department.

• Review and assign incoming People Operations correspondence.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in people services and human resources.
• Thorough knowledge of HR principles and applicable regulations.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong discretion and confidentiality skills.
• Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, Zoom, and Excel.
• Attention to detail and teamwork capability.
