Overview

Cloudflare is seeking a motivated People Services Operations Specialist to support a rapidly growing organization by ensuring efficient practices and processes in People and Payroll operations.

In Short

• Execute monthly payroll checks for accuracy.
• Ensure SOX Control items are on track.
• Track changes and improvements in business processes.
• Lead regional offer approvals.
• Support regional senior management.
• Analyze support tickets for process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with COEs to test new functionalities.

• Ensure compliance with People and Payroll transactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations/Payroll.
• Experience with HR systems like Workday and Zendesk.
• Detail-oriented and process-focused.
• Knowledge of APJC employment law, especially in India.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to employee experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with payroll changes and reports for APJC region.
