Overview

As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be part of our international Grid Automation Service Sales Team, providing service solutions for substation automation systems and related technologies.

In Short

  • Responsible for Service tenders from initial request to contract closing.
  • Drive service sales within the country for Grid Automation services.
  • Develop service sales account plans to ensure growth.
  • Establish long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct sales calls and perform customer facility walk-throughs.
  • Sell the service product portfolio and manage the sales process.
  • Act as a marketer during marketing activities.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety directives.
  • Provide technical direction for service sales training.
  • Travel within Sweden and occasionally within Europe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or service of power systems.
  • Experience with electric substation equipment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Operations & Maintenance practices of electric substation equipment.
  • Experience negotiating long-term substation service contracts.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Swedish is advantageous.
