Tendering Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Tendering Specialist will support a variety of software opportunities within our asset management portfolio, working closely with Sales Account Managers and key stakeholders to manage the tendering process.

In Short

• Evaluate tender documentation and identify key requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure access to bid documents.
• Manage and edit bid input from various stakeholders.
• Monitor and mitigate risks throughout the bid process.
• Assist in handling complex bids and maintaining tender content-management.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational and process management skills.

Requirements

• Experience with software-related tenders.
• Experience in project management or contract administration is a plus.
• Proficiency in additional major European languages is an asset.
• Confident in influencing and challenging team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
