Tender Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Tender Specialist at Awara IT, you will play a key role in attracting new projects and deals through tender platforms and procedures.

In Short

• Work on electronic trading platforms (ETP), including accreditation and pre-qualification.
• Daily monitoring of procurement opportunities and analysis of tender requirements.
• Prepare tender applications, including document collection and submission.
• Engage with procurement organizers and participate in negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and contractual obligations.
• Maintain a CRM database and track tender statistics.
• Analyze current tenders for economic feasibility.
• Participate in auctions and bidding processes.
• Control the timely signing of contracts and payment guarantees.
• Monitor the return of funds provided as bid guarantees.

Requirements

• Experience in tender management and electronic trading platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies is a plus.
