The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Artisan Design Group (ADG) is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for salaried roles, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition, and enhancing the candidate experience.

• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Assist with training and onboarding for hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
• Provide additional support based on business needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing requisitions with hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job boards.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
