• Seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Support recruitment across a multi-site clinical research network.
• Drive an efficient, high-quality hiring process.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Source candidates for high-volume roles.
• Conduct resume reviews and phone screens.
• Coordinate interview logistics across multiple sites.
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support offer process logistics.
• Provide timely communication to candidates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in clinical research or multi-site organizations preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics preferred.
