Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing frontline and field management hiring processes efficiently and accurately to ensure timely staffing and compliance.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and mid-level roles.
• Source, screen, and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
• Conduct background checks and compliance steps prior to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-turnover roles.
• Provide responsive communication to candidates and hiring managers.
• Support recruiter peers during requisition load spikes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Ability to manage a high requisition load in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for frontline, field, or call center roles.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, specifically Paylocity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in process execution.
