Dietitian Live is a fast-growing telehealth company specializing in connecting people with registered dietitians. We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume hiring efforts with a strong focus on candidate experience, quality of hire, and speed.

In Short

• Own and execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, extending offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Write compelling, accurate job descriptions aligned to hiring goals
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer
• Track recruiting metrics and report weekly
• Support employer branding efforts
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows
• Maintain data points and compliance in the ATS
• Help fill roles quickly and strategically

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting
• Strong experience with ATS and LinkedIn
• Proven success managing multiple open roles simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
