Operations Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that strategic initiatives and department projects are executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with company goals. This person will work closely with the COO, department heads, and project stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, streamline cross-functional workflows, and ensure accountability across teams.

• Own the planning, execution, and tracking of company-wide initiatives and cross-departmental projects.
• Act as the central connector between departments to align priorities and remove bottlenecks.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are adequately staffed.
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable systems.
• Translate COO and executive priorities into actionable project plans.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and regular reporting mechanisms.
• Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Champion efficiency and scalability in all projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Comfortable in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
