Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting.
• Strong experience with ATS and LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage 12–18 open roles simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Experience delivering structured interviews.
