Onboarding & Training Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Onboarding & Training Manager to take our high-volume onboarding program to the next level — ensuring every new hire feels confident, prepared, and ready to crush their goals.

In Short

• Lead bi-weekly onboarding cohorts in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
• Facilitate live virtual training sessions multiple times per month
• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience
• Serve as the go-to resource for new hires
• Partner with managers to ensure new hires hit performance benchmarks
• Maintain and continuously improve onboarding materials
• Track new hire readiness and proactively identify and close gaps

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or L&D
• A strong facilitation presence
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Highly organized with the ability to run a repeatable, bi-weekly cadence
• Comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks
• Collaborative mindset
