• This is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for translating growth into disciplined execution.
• You will own the operating system of the business—people, processes, capacity, delivery, performance, and scale.
• Build infrastructure required to support rapid national growth.
• Drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across delivery teams.
• Lead cross-functional functions across HR, Clinical, Operations, and Support.
• Own operating metrics, forecasting, and margin performance.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and delivery for enterprise clients.
• Partner with Product/Tech to support scale and automation.
• Direct impact on national growth and partnership strategy.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in high-growth environments, with experience scaling operations.
• Proven experience building systems from early-stage to scale (“0 to 100”).
• Strong financial and KPI ownership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Healthcare, health-tech, or provider network experience strongly preferred.
• Track record of turning strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
