Overview

The Chief Operating Officer will provide strategic visioning, planning, and operational leadership to ensure continued growth of the affiliate client base, market share, revenue, and visual presence in the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive management experience.
• Strong operations experience in healthcare preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and improve operational performance.
• Significant supervisory experience and strong management skills.
• Commitment to reproductive rights and Planned Parenthood's mission.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
