The Director of Training and Learning is responsible for creating and overseeing comprehensive training programs for patient care staff, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of management experience in training or healthcare.
• Proven experience in developing training curricula.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
