• Lead the organization’s internal operations, systems, and culture for scaling.
• Supervise four direct reports and lead cross-functional teams.
• Drive financial strategy and oversight, including budgeting and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience across finance, operations, and talent.
• Proven success in scaling systems in mission-driven environments.
• Deep understanding of nonprofit financial management and GAAP.
• Experience with people leadership and employee engagement.
• Strong internal communication skills and organizational clarity.
• Comfort with technology and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and a deep belief in Taproot’s mission.
• Ability to prioritize and make necessary trade-offs using data.
• Authentic and inclusive leadership presence.
• Experience in guiding teams in complex environments.
