In Short

• Lead day-to-day business operations and ensure efficient company performance.
• Own operational strategy, cross-department collaboration, and team scalability.
• Drive strategic planning cycles and ensure alignment with company-wide OKRs.
• Build and optimize scalable operational systems and workflows.
• Manage and coach department heads across functions.
• Lead company budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to optimize resources.
• Ensure operational continuity and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, ideally in a tech company.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing P&L accountability.
• Strong strategic thinking and operational rigor.
• Comfortable working remotely and across time zones.
• Experience working directly with a CEO or at the executive level.
