Chief Operating Officer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a COO to work directly with the owner to oversee the administrative and business aspects of running this established and fast growing firm. This position will be responsible for strategic planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the day-to-day operations of the firm and executing the business plan.

Requirements

• Degree in management, business management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience running a professional services firm with a budget of at least $12M.
• Ability to manage a team of at least 50.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and metrics analysis.
• Experience in human resources operations.
• Ability to design and implement business strategies.
• Experience in risk management.
