As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations, optimize our organizational efficiency, and ensure we are well-positioned to scale effectively. The COO will report directly to the CEO.

In Short

• Oversee and integrate the functions of Finance, People & Culture, Operations, Project Management, and Data.
• Streamline communication, processes, and workflows across teams.
• Identify and implement systems and tools to improve operational effectiveness.
• Partner with the CEO to translate strategic vision into actionable plans.
• Develop systems to evaluate the costs, benefits, and impact of projects.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Lead and mentor the heads of Finance, HR, Project Management, and Data.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and manage budgets.
• Uphold OpenDor Media’s values of excellence, humility, creativity, action, and mission-driven focus.

Requirements

• Proven Leadership Experience in senior operational roles.
• Strong skills in process optimization and organizational design.
• Strong familiarity with budgeting and financial planning.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
