Overview

At OpenDor Media (ODM), we are looking for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder, with his fundraising efforts and projects. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

In Short

  • Provide comprehensive operational support including scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, and expense management;
  • Act as a central liaison for the Founder, managing communications with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Enhance donor relations through meticulous coordination of fundraising trips, communications, and research to cultivate and prioritize potential leads;
  • Drive innovation in fundraising and donor management through research, strategic development, and implementation of new initiatives;
  • Oversee donor data management, including tracking and analysis and data base entry to support targeted fundraising efforts and lead development;
  • Manage and write donor communications and development writing such as emails, updates, event invitations, and follow-up communications.

Requirements

  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Able to think strategically and drive both inside and outside the box approaches to Development
  • Reliable and able to work remotely and quickly and efficiently with flexible hours
  • Detail oriented, responsible, highly organized and great follow-through skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills; and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, switching focus as necessary to accommodate deadlines and priorities
  • Patient, flexible and calm under pressure
