Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will provide strategic leadership, management, planning, and enhancement of Climate Power’s internal and organizational systems and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission.

• Experience in human resource functions.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading culture initiatives in diverse organizations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
