Associate, Digital Mobilization (Temporary) - Remote

Overview

This temporary position supports Climate Power’s work in mobilizing grassroots audiences through effective digital communication strategies.

In Short

• Work with Mobilization Director to create compelling digital content.
• Maintain content calendar for email and SMS deliverables.
• Track and report on analytics for email and SMS campaigns.
• Ensure quality assurance for all messages sent.
• Manage subscriber data and targeting in CRMs.
• Handle public responses to the shared inbox.
• Prepare content for rapid response moments.
• Collaborate with diverse groups and stakeholders.
• Adapt strategies based on data insights.
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in copywriting or email marketing.
• Experience in political, campaign, non-profit, or government roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive self-starter with a focus on successful project completion.
• Willingness to stay updated on best practices in digital marketing.
