• 10+ years in operations management, 5+ in financial services.

• Strong understanding of venture capital fund structures.
• Experience building and leading remote teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with operational technology implementation.
