Requirements

• 10+ years in operations within professional services or consulting.
• Proven track record of executing strategy effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in scaling teams and improving operational systems.
• Ability to hold team members accountable with a fact-based approach.
• Hands-on experience in managing daily operations.
• Stable work history with a focus on results.
• Familiarity with financial services, tax, or accounting preferred.
• Experience with CRMs and project management tools is a plus.
• Must be based in the US, preferably in Central or Eastern Time Zones.

• Base salary of $190,000 - $200,000 per year.
