The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced and growing environment, focusing on sourcing and selecting candidates while partnering with leadership teams on talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting within India across various fields.
• Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
• Knowledge of ATS software; SmartRecruiters experience is a plus.
• Experience using sourcing platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality output.
• Effective interviewing skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to new business needs.
