Overview

The Director of Strategic Growth is a high-impact leadership role accountable for both new business acquisition and partner relationship expansion. This role leads the Sales and Partnership divisions with equal weight, ensuring seamless alignment between revenue generation and partner engagement. You will own the strategic vision, execution playbook, and performance systems that fuel top-line growth, market reach, and partner value delivery.

In Short

  • Architect and own scalable outbound systems that drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Manage and coach Business Development Representatives to hit KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Refine CRM strategy and leverage tools for prospecting, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Align closely with Marketing and Client Success to optimize the buyer journey.
  • Lead the activation, engagement, and growth of all strategic partnerships.
  • Drive partner-facing strategy, ensuring partner teams are trained, supported, and actively engaged.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop co-branded marketing, service rollout plans, and reporting insights.
  • Own forecasting, reporting and performance dashboards for both sales and partner health.
  • Identify growth levers across new verticals, partner upsells, or service bundling.
  • Represent Dietitian Live at conferences, trade shows, and partner events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (MBA a plus)
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record in B2B environments.
  • Foundational experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage teams across both acquisition and relationship management functions.
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing sales processes and CRM strategies.
  • Strong and analytical forecasting, and budgeting skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and drive initiatives forward.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for mission-driven work and impact-oriented sales.
  • Track record of scaling B2B partnerships and building outbound engines.
  • Understanding of the health, wellness, or telehealth industries is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%) for events and key meetings.
