The Director of Design, Strategy & Growth leads strategic design initiatives and business development efforts across Nava, contributing to growth through solutioning on contract proposals and providing strategic guidance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in human-centered design.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience in fast-growing companies or government contracting.
• Strong relationships with external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Adaptive and collaborative leadership mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
