Project / Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Project / Operations Manager at Conversion Factory, you will be the air traffic controller for all client work, ensuring timelines stay tight and quality remains high.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day project management across 10–15 clients and projects.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and sharing updates.
• Assign tasks based on team strengths and availability.
• Ensure deliverables are on schedule, typically within 48–72 hours.
• Spot-check work for grammar and layout issues.
• Utilize Notion, Slack, and Loom for project management and communication.
• Coordinate feedback loops and involve the right team members.
• Lead client onboarding and prepare briefs, assets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance workflows and systems.
• Help roadmap future client needs and requests.
