Operations Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Operations Project Manager at CrossCountry Mortgage is responsible for managing projects to ensure they are completed within the service level agreement, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mortgages.
• Experience with Encompass LOS is required.
• Knowledge of mortgage workflow and agency guidelines.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with JIRA is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong management and analytical skills.
• Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills.
